BOOK REVIEW: The Fall by Ryan Cahill

Although just a novella of roughly 80 pages, Ryan Cahill’s The Fall is an excellent starting point for those looking to begin the award-winning The Bound and the Broken series.

The pacing is relentless and the action is wonderfully crafted. But, perhaps The Fall’s greatest strength is in how well it manages to establish character, story, and world-building in such a short page count.

It’s a story that is easily read in one sitting and will undoubtedly hook you within the first chapter. Accomplishing its goals I now cannot wait to read the rest of Cahill’s work.
